About AHL

AHL didn’t begin in a boardroom.
It began in the quiet moments between hospital shifts.

In 2019, while working as a housekeeper in a hospital in Pennsylvania, I started AHL as a small side hustle. I was simply trying to make ends meet — selling therapeutic candles, lip gloss, and cozy loungewear to my coworkers. It wasn’t glamorous. It wasn’t viral. But it was honest.

It was the seed.

Then 2021 came.

And I lost almost everything… but losses aren’t punishments — they are divine invitations to rise.

When your back is against the wall, when the phone feels too silent, when the support you thought you had disappears — you’re forced to face something deeper than fear.

You’re forced to face yourself.

In what felt like my loneliest season, I discovered a truth that changed everything:

I was never alone.

God had been within me the entire time — not outside of me, not far away — but within me. Guiding me. Strengthening me. Loving me when I struggled to love myself.

That revelation became the rebirth of AHL.
