We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Hello@ailajgisahl.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and work to provide a suitable resolution if applicable.


Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all order details (including product selection, size, color, and shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase. Ailajgi’s Home & Lifestyle is not responsible for errors made at checkout.


Shipping

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
