Shipping policy

ALL orders are sent to dispatched immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel order(s).

Normal processing /shipping time is 5-10 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Ailajgi's Home & Lifestyle is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, UPS, FedEX, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may ship from different facilities.
